What type of information do we collect ?
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website via the contact form or provide us in any other way, for example in the transaction process or by running the 'Modern Data Visualizer' application. On our website, we also may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name and email); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback and product reviews.
How do we collect information?
When you conduct a transaction from our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your Office 365 tenant ID, name, address and email. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated below.
Why do we need to collect such personal information?
We collect such non-personal and personal Information for the following purposes:
To provide and operate our solutions;
To provide our users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
To be able to contact our visitors and users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
Trusted third-party services we use
Our company relies on trusted third-party partners to handle the general transaction process. These partners are:
Wix for the website hosting.
SendOwl for transaction process and licences allocation.
Mailchimp for our newsletters.
The 'Modern Data Visualizer' application itself does not collect or store any data from users or current environment. The only interaction we have between end users and our services is the licensing verification process using our web service hosted in Microsoft Azure. In this case, only the current Office 365 tenant ID is used and stored in a cache for performance purposes.
If you don't want this communication to take place in your environment, you can still use a 'standalone' license. In this case, our services won't be called anymore as the validation will be performed 'in-place' through a given license key.
How do we communicate with our customers?
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our End User License Agreement (EULA), applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email. When purchasing the 'Modern Data Visualizer' the solution, you'll be invited to subscribe to our newsletter or not. This subscription is completely up to you and is not mandatory. Also if you've subscribed to our newsletter, you can opt-out at anytime.
How can your customers withdraw their consent?
If you don’t want us to process your data anymore for whatever reasons, please contact us at email@example.com. However, keep it mind we need at least your Office 365 tenant ID to be able to validate the 'Modern Data Visualizer' solution licence and therefore, for you to continue to use the solution.
